- Know your emergency responses: Be aware of the emergency response plans and
Assembly points

to your work zone.
- Be prepared for Emergencies: Be prepared and follow instructions provided by the
respective Zone
HSE
representative to guide you to safety.
- Avoid loose wires causing trip and fall hazard and ensure proper cabling while at
work
- Ensure proper plugging of the wires in the electrical socket and avoid overloading
which could
cause
risk of fire.
- Quarantine yourself or wear mask in case you are showing any signs of sickness or
cold.
- Ensure your chair and table that you might be using is ergonomically fit to your
height and
weight
or request your representative for a proper one.
- Avoid printing and only print documents when and where required, use two sided
printing is used
for
review preview purposes.
- No smoking inside the office – Our office is a no smoking office, in case of need
to smoke, you
are
free do so outside the office premise.
- Report Incidents - In case of any incident happened witnessed please report the
same to the HSE
representative or use the QHSE Notification card to report it.
